Ravioles grilled way big mac
ingredients:
For 4 people +/- 15 ravioles
For the dough:
300 g flour1 tsp salt250 ml thick cream or Greek yoghurt60 g butter1 large egg
For the stuffing:
250 g minced beef1 or olive oil100 g grated cheddar1 / 2 finely grated onion1 egg2 or very finely chopped gherkins1 / 4 tbsp salt1 / 4 tbsp black pepper3 tbs sesame seeds2 tbsp of oil olive30 g butter butter for lettuce
For the big mac sauce:
175 ml of mayonnaise2 with very finely chopped gherkins1 with mustard1 with onion powder1 with garlic powder1 with paprika1 with white vinegar
Preparation:
Dough:
In a salad bowl, mix the flour and the salt. Add the butter cut in small pieces and sand with the fingertips. Add the beaten egg and the thick cream and mix well. The dough is sticky it's normal, try to make a ball, put a piece of food film and let cool in the fridge min 30 minutes, I left it 1 hour.
The joke:
