The best Grilled Tuna Panga

Grilled tuna panga is one of my favorite Filipino dishes. It is best served with mixed soy sauce and calamansi. Lato salad would also complement to this meal. The tuna panga is marinated to perfection and grilled over charcoal until it's cook.
