Eat with me #4: Vegan Porridge
good day everyone...
today i want to share with you a healthy breakfast option i really love to do in the mornings. everyone knows porridge. in my childhood i got it for breakfast all the time and i hated it, but somehow it got famous now and i figured out a recipe i really love.
for the porridge you will need:
- instant oats (50g)
- soy milk (300ml)
- coconut milk (1/2 can)
- 1 tsp agave syrup
mehtod:
- place the oats and the milk in a large pan over a medium heat
- bring to a steady simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring as often as you can to give you a smooth creamy porridge. if you like your porridge runnier, simply add a splash more milk until you’ve got the consistency you like
today's toppings:
- chia seeds
- almond flakes
- mango cut into chunks
