Chicken Recipes
Chicken is the most widely used poultry for making countless number of dishes around the world. It is eaten by all non-vegetarians and does not have any religious restrictions. In India, chicken is often cut into medium sized pieces and is used to make curries, dry dishes and biryani. Also chicken drumstick and thighs (the leg meat) are sold separately which are used to make roast, tandoori chicken etc. The chicken breast meat is used to make a variety of kebabs like the malai kabab and also dishes like butter chicken, chili chicken etc. It is also used to make soups, sandwiches and wraps. The chicken wings are also used to make many popular dishes in other countries. Other than that, ground chicken (minced meat) is sold separately which is used to make curries, burgers etc. In India, lot of spices are used for chicken preparations making most of the dishes hot and spicy. In other countries, sweet and sour chicken recipes are made.
