As we keep growing as cooks, we start experimenting with our teachers. Sometime ago we diceded to bring a new perspective to a traditional spring roll, having a blood sausage rolled with a cabbage leaf with a sauce of orange, with a sauce made of orange, we create a new combination between sour and acid. 20171025_141746.jpg
