Sweet and sour crab

Ingredients

• 2 crabs (boiled and cut)
• 2 scallions
• 6 cloves of garlic (puree)
• 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons of chili sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1/2 tsp powdered pepper
• Salt
• Sugar
• 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

How to make

• Melt the butter, smooth garlic and scallions until fragrant

• Add crab, add tomato sauce, chili sauce, oysters, pepper, sweet soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, sugar and add water (taste test) and let it shrink
