Steamed Chocolate Moist Cake

Ingredients :
- 90 gr butter
- 100 grams of liquid milk
- 100 grams of refined sugar
- 50 grams of tofu flour
- 25 grams of good quality chocolate powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 gr dark chocolate (cut into small pieces)
Toping Chocolate Gananche:
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 70 g of liquid milk
- 100 gr Dark chocolate
- The team is all above using a double boiler, until the consistency is smooth and thick.


How to make :
- Put the refined sugar butter in liquid milk and dark chocolate into the pan. Cook until everything dissolves. No need to boil. Turn off the fire, wait warm.
- Beat the egg and vanilla extract into the batter No. 1. Stir with whisk until smooth.
- Insert flour + chocolate powder sieve + Baking powder + Baking soda. Stir again using whisk until smooth.
- Pour in a round pan measuring 14 cm. Steam until 30-40 minutes and do a stick test.
Tip: cover the steaming pan with a clean cloth so the steam does not fall into the cake mixture when steamed. - Remove. Wait for cold. Flush with chocolate ganache and decorate according to taste.
NB: add pleasure if previously the cake is cold so enter the fridge first.
