Soka-style Crispy Flour

Ingredients :
- 4 soka crabs that are still fresh and of moderate size
- 4 cloves garlic
- 100 grams of flour
- 50 grams of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of pepper powder
- 2 eggs, shake it off
- Salt to taste
- Right amount of oil


How to cook :
- Wash the soka crab first, clean and remove the gills. Cut the soka crab into several parts then set it aside.
- Mix in advance some ingredients such as garlic, corn flour, pepper and salt, then stir until evenly distributed.
- Take the crab then dip it into the egg, then continue by rolling it into the flour mixture until evenly distributed.
- After all the crabs are mixed evenly proceed with frying in hot oil. Make sure the crabs are fried until cooked and brown.
- after being cooked then lift and drain.
- Serve along with chilli sauce or lemon according to your individual taste.
- Serve while warm up for family at home.

Preparation: 45 minutes
Cooking: 50 minutes
Total: 95 minutes
