NUTELLA CHOC CHIP COOKIES
NUTELLA CHOC CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients :
- 100 gr unsalted butter
- 150-200 gr nutella
- 60gr brown sugar
- Granulated sugar (optional)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 240gr self raising flour (can be replaced with 240gr key flour + 2 tsp baking powder + 1 / 2sdt salt)
- 20gr cocoa powder
- Choc chips / raisins for filling and topping

How to make :
- With a mixer, shake butter, sugar and egg yolks with high speed until light and creamy + nutella
- Replace with a spiral mixer whisk, or it can also stir with a spatula. Add the flour that has been sifted, stir well until it is smooth and then enter the filling. Mix well then continue stirring with the spatula until the mixture is completely mixed.
- Take the mixture according to taste and fill it with marsmallow then round shape. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been thinned with butter / oil. Arrange it not too tightly because cookies will spread. Give the topping on the entire surface of the dough ball, press the toppings slightly so they stick.
- Bake 180C for 5-10 minutes for chewy results (check each oven)
- When freshly cooked, cookies are still soft. So leave it first in the pan until it's a little hard, then move it to the cooling rack. Wait until it is completely cold and then put into the jar.
