Chocolate White Coffee Pudding

Chocolate Pudding ingredients:
- 1.5 liters of chocolate milk
- 3 packs of plain agar
- 1 tablespoon chocolate powder
- 150 grams of sugar
- 50 gr DCC, grated
- 3 egg yolks, shake it off
- Vanilla enough
White Coffee Foam Coating:
- 250 cc of liquid milk
- 1 pack of plain order
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant white coffee
- 3 eggs whipped until soft peak
- Vanilla enough


How to make;
Chocolate Pudding: Cook liquid milk with gelatin, chocolate powder, sugar, DCC, vanilli. Add egg yolks. Stir quickly until smooth. Bring to a boil. Add the mixture to the mold. Let it freeze a little.
White coffee foam layer: Cook liquid milk with gelatin, sugar, vanilla and instant white coffee. Stir until boiling. Add this mixture to the egg white which has been mixed until soft peak is gradually. Stir well. Pour over a layer of chocolate pudding. Let it freeze. Cool it in the refrigerator, ready to be served.
