BROWNIES MINI CUP

Ingredients:
- 150 grams of low protein flour
- 2 tablespoons chocolate powder (Bensdrop)
- 220 g of refined sugar
- 2 eggs
- 220 ml Sunflower oil / Vegetable oil
- 120 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate
- 1/4 tsp salt


How to make :
- Mix Dark Cooking Chocolate and Sunflower Oil, heat until chocolate melts, remove and set aside.
- Stir the eggs and sugar until smooth, and sugar dissolves, add a mixture of Dark Cooking Chocolate and Sunflower Oil, mix well.
- Enter flour, cocoa powder and salt. Stir well.
- Pour in the smallest cup size.
- Oven with 140 'C temperature approximately 45-50 minutes depending on each oven.
