How to make Mushroom appetizer on skewers
Mushrooms taste great cooked in a pan, on a grill, or over a barbecue.

Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic
60 ml balsamic
vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
Black pepper to taste
450 g mushrooms
Instructions:
Press garlic. Mix with balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and pepper. Add other seasonings as you like.
Slice the mushrooms thick. Cover them with the marinade. Stir and let sit for 20 minutes. If using wood skewers, soak them now too.
Put mushrooms on skewers. Cook in a pan, on a grill, or over a barbecue. Cook a few minutes on each side.
