Chicken Alfredo Penne
Ingredients
for 6 servings
1 ½ lb chicken breast, cubed
2 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
16 oz penne pasta, cooked
¼ cup fresh parsley
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
SAUCE
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Medium high heat dissolve the flour, in a pan, then add the chicken breasts.
Season dogs with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil can cook for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and remove chicken aside.
Add medium heat to the same pan, add butter soluble and garlic. Start getting soft until the garlic starts.
Add half-a-half to the garlic and flour, stirring until inserted. Then add flour and ginger to the flour.
Pour half a cup of milk in a short time, good in the middle, until completely inserted and the sauce starts to thicken.
Season with salt, pepper, Oregon, and basil, and keep it tight Add Parmesan cheese and melt until discharge.
Chicken Pants Pour sauce on pasta, add chicken and mix well.
Add pandal and extra parmesan. Mix well.
