How to cook delicious meat simmered in spices and coconut milk.
This meat simmered in spices and coconut milk is a derivative recipe from my family. I intentionally made it not spicy so that my children could eat. Rendang is increasingly warmed up, it will be even more delicious.
Ingredients
• 1/2 kg Fresh beef
• 600 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
• lime leaves
• turmeric leaves
• Lemongrass
• galangal, bruised
• salt
Ground spices :
• 10 red onions
• 4 Garlic fruit
• Little Ginger
• turmeric
• 1 pecan fruit
• 5 large red chillies
• 6 curly red chilies
Step to make it
• Wash the meat then cut into pieces according to taste, set aside.
• Saute the spices until cooked, add the orange leaves, galangal and lemongrass. then enter the meat, saute briefly then enter the coconut milk.
• Cook until the coconut milk shrinks and the meat becomes tender.
• Turn off the heat and be ready to be served.
