How:
Shellfish, or some who call it Kijing, or mussels is one of the seafood that became my favorite. If you're eating in a seafood tent seafood, usually must choose a typical boiled shell with peanut seasoning or spicy seasoning with a super spicy sauce! Material :

250gr Shells Green / White. Wash the shell first and then boil until cooked, drain the water until dry.
5 cloves Onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
4 pieces of Red Chilli, cut into slaughter
3 pieces of Chili Rawit, cut into slaughter
1 1/2 segment of ginger finger, crushing
1 segment of turmeric finger, puree (can use turmeric powder)
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
Less water

Ways of making :

Stir-fry the red onion and the garlic until you can smell the scent. Enter red chili, cayenne pepper, ginger, turmeric and lemongrass, cook until the seasoning is fragrant. Add the mussels, mix well, add a little water, cover and cook until the spices soak. Add salt and soy sauce, mix well. Lift, serve hot.
