Flat Bread Fish Taco
I grew up eating this Flat Bread, but we would usually just east it with chili, cheese and onions. Which is still one of my favorite meals. But then I discovered you could make the flat bread into a taco, one of my other favorite foods. Yumm.
So These are really easy to make. Just mix the dough
Knead it for a couple minutes until it is a bit smooth.
Divide it into six or seven pieces and roll it out.
You want it really thin.
Fry it in hot oil on both sides. It will puff up with big bubbles. That is good.
Cook your fish. I did one piece grilled and one piece blackened. Love that smokey spice flavor.
Assemble with your favorite toppings.
