Milo Chocolate Cake Recipe
Good morning, today I bring you the best recipe for a cake made with my favorite drink the Milo.
Very easy and yummy. Enjoy it.
Ingredients:
200 Gr of Flour
100 Gr of sugar
125 gr of butter
3 eggs at room temperature
1 well of milk at room temperature
4 tablespoons of milo
1 teaspoon vanilla
Baking powder
Steps
Approximate time 50 minutes
Difficulty: very easy
Step 1. First pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees and ready the mold with butter and flour.
Step 2. Beat the butter until it is very creamy and clear, then add the sugar and continue beating until a smooth cream is obtained.
Step 3. Separate the yolks from the egg whites and reserve the whites in a bowl to beat them until stiff.
Step 4. Add the yolks one by one to the previous mixture, beat gently, add little by little the milk, the vanilla and the Milo, then the flour and the baking powder little by little, until achieving a soft but consistent cream.
Step 5. Then beat the egg whites until reaching a snow point, add them in three parts and stirring with a spatula to the previous mixture.
Step 6. Place the mixture in the mold previously coated with butter and flour.
Bring the cake to the oven for 40 minutes or until when introducing a knife it jumps clean.
This cake is super easy and delicious to make. You can fill it with your favorite cream and decorate it to your liking.
