Apple soup
Materials
Cooking apple (a kind of cooking apple) – 500 gms
Lemon peel – a thin slice
Cinnamon – 1/2 inch quantity
Sesame – 1 big spoon
Sugar – 50 grams
White Wine or Cider – as per taste
For Dumpling you will need:
Butter – 50 grams
Egg – 1
Flour – 50 grams
Milk – 2 tsp
Salt – 1 pinch
Sugar – 1 tablespoon
Method:
Peel the apples and cut them into pieces.
Boil apple slices in two cups of water with lemon peel and cinnamon for 1/2 hour on low heat.
When cooked, discard the lemon peel and cinnamon stick.
Blend the apples in a blender and make them liquid.
Cook apple mixture with semolina and sugar on low heat.
When it becomes dark gradually, take it down.
Add white wine or cider to taste.
Mix butter, flour, egg, milk, sugar, salt together to make dumpling.
Make small balls and boil them in the soup for three minutes.
Hot hot soup is ready.
