Fried Fish with Sauce. The head was left to make it more appetizing!

Oh Chinese, why must your food be so delicious?! I had this dish earlier this year with my wife when her parents were visiting from China. It is a fried fish with a meat and vegetable sauce, served with the head and tail to make it more appealing and appetizing! This is something that I truly love about being married to a Chinese, is there delicious and creative food, and how they are not squimish like most Americans!
The dish was very delicious and I only hope to have it again someday, sooner rather than later!!
