Rendang Without Santan, Healthy and Delicious During Fasting and Lebaran

Who is not familiar with the dish named rendang.
This dish is even already very popular in foreign countries.
If usually rendang meat or chicken using coconut milk, not to rendang this one chicken.
This healthy rendang uses soy milk. It's fun, keep eating well and stay healthy.
Materials / spices:
1 chicken, cut 10 parts 6 orange leaves, discard the bone, tear 2 pieces of turmeric leaves, make 3 nodes lemongrass, take the white, crushed 1 pieces of kandis acid 2.000 ml soy milk.
Ground spices:
- 125 grams of red curry chili - 50 grams of large red chili - 12 grains of red onion - 4 cloves garlic - 2 cm ginger - 2 cm galangal - 3 cm turmeric, burned - 1/4 pepper powder tea - 2 1/2 spoon coriander tea - 1 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
How to make :
- Boil milk, orange leaves, turmeric leaves, lemongrass, and sour cream, stirring until cooked. - Add chicken. Cook over a low heat while stirring occasionally until cooked and soaking.
