Do you avoid oil completely? I try to use as little as possible, but I find it hard to avoid it altogether.

Cooking at home I avoid it and either use stock or water to saute instead. If I am eating out I don't stress about it. :)

Sounds like a reasonable middle ground 😊 How long did it take you to get used to the oil free taste?
