Cake Peaches
A real yummy - peaches in the form of peaches with a filling of boiled condensed milk with nuts.
For the test
3.5 cups of flour
a pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
100 g of butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 eggs
Filling
1 can of boiled condensed milk
1 cup walnuts
colored sugar for sprinkling (you can just fine white)
1 glass of beet or carrot juice
Prepare the dough: sift flour and mix with salt and baking powder. Butter butter of room temperature to beat up with sugar and sour cream, add over a single egg, again to shake. Gradually add flour, knead soft dough. Put the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
From the test roll 30 balls. Each ball is cut in half, put on a greased baking sheet. Put the oven in a preheated oven to 200 C, bake for about 15 minutes. Remove the baking tray from the oven, cool the halves. Then gently cut the cavity for the filling in the halves. Cut the middle of the crumble.
Cook boiled condensed milk with finely chopped nuts and crumbs. Fill the halves with stuffing, fasten together. Peaches carefully dipped into the juice, allow to completely drain the juice, then roll in color or ordinary sugar. Clean in the refrigerator before serving.
