Chicken breast with lemon and mushroom sauce
A wonderful recipe for chicken, which I cook regularly. Mushrooms can
take mushrooms or others that you like.
6 chicken breasts
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lemon
50 g of butter
200 g fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons flour
1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Pour a little olive oil on the bottom of the mold. Put the breast in
the form and oil it on the bottom on both sides. On top of the squeeze
squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon. Cut the remaining lemon and lay on a
slice of lemon on each slice of chicken. Bake in a preheated oven for
30 to 40 minutes, until browned.
In a large frying pan, melt the butter. Add chopped mushrooms. Stew
until the mushrooms are browned and juice is given, about 6 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour and mix. Add the chicken broth, stirring to make a
medium density sauce. Allow the liquid to partially evaporate, adding
more broth to make a gentle sauce. At the very end, add fresh parsley.
Spoon the sauce over the baked chicken breast with lemon. Delicious!
