Porridge is essentially made from rice pulen is crushed with a mixture of spices like coriander, coriander, pepper, onion, ginger, nutmeg and aniseed. Usually served with chicken, shrimp or half-cooked egg on it and have a delicious taste usually you can meet many before the month of Ramadan.
