There is no alternative to cooking food. However, ghee is needed to prepare certain foods such as Kakashi biryani and other foods. We usually use because of the requirement. However, there are many benefits of ghee which many of us may not know. Below are some of the benefits of Ghee:

  1. Boiling point - the Boiling point is too much. It can be warmed up to 250-degree centigrade. Most oils become harmful if they heat the temperature.

  2. Do not waste - Ghee is not easily wasted. It's okay for almost 100 years.

  3. Flavorful flavor and taste, but most dairy products do not have the possibility of allergic to ghee.
