Filipino Dish: Moringa in Coconut Milk
My All-Time Favorite Veggie
Ginataang Malunggay
Have you tried or tasted 'Ginataang Malunggay' with dried anchovies (dilis)?
I love 'Malunggay' in coconut milk even without something else (sahog) or 'Dilis' even without veggie but 'Malunggay and Dilis' combined is tastier.
HOW TO COOK:
• Boil coconut milk with crushed garlic
• Add dried anchovies
• Add moringa leaves (malunggay)
• Add coconut cream with thinly sliced onions and voila!
Do not add salt because dried anchovies are already salty.
