Padeh Acid Patin
Ingredients
600 grams of catfish cut to taste
Lime for fish scrub (so it doesn't fish)
4 cloves garlic
4 onion cloves
2 large red tomatoes
5 cayenne pepper
3 red chilies
1 cm of turmeric
1 cm ginger
1 tablespoon of tamarind water
Sufficient sugar and salt
Greetings, laos, orange leaves, lemongrass
A bunch of basil leaves, pick and choose good ones
Fried onions
The steps
Wash the fish thoroughly, lull the fish with lime juice and salt, let stand 30 minutes, then fry until browned
Blend the spices: onion, garlic, tomatoes, red chili, ginger and stir-fry until fragrant
Add slices of cayenne (whole, afraid of kepedesan), red chili (some of which are diuleg), salam, laos, orange leaves, lemongrass, Salt sugar and tamarind juice
Add the fried fish to the spices, add water, let it boil and the spices soak, don't forget to put the basil leaves
After cooking, remove and serve with a sprinkling of fried onions
