Kuah Beulangong The Acehnese Traditional Meat Curry
Hi guys, it's been a while since I stopped writing on Steemit. Today I would like to share you about the Acehnese traditional food known as Kuah Beulangong (Acehnese, red) in English it is could be called Meat Curry.
Well, Kuah Beulangong or Meat Curry is mostly cooked by the Acehnese live in Greater Aceh. It is cooked together in the special event, such as in Ramadhan, wedding party and etc.
The way of cooking Kuah Beulangong is quite unique for it need one person who mastering the knowledge of steering the curry to have a super taste. While some other work on cutting meat in small pieces.
