Easy recipe for Chicken Karaage.

If you want to have a snack this morning, how about eating Chicken Karaage? Well, we can make this one menu at home. For those of you who are interested in making it, here is an easy recipe.

Material :

- 500 grams of boneless top chicken thighs

Soaker:

- 250 ml soya sauce or shoyu

- 2 tablespoons finely grated red apple

- 1 tablespoon finely chopped or grated onion

- 2 cloves of grated garlic

- 1 tsp pepper powder.

Coating:

- 200 g seasoning flour

- 500 ml ice water

How to Make Chicken Karaage:

1. Wash clean then drain and cut into 2 or 3 parts.

2. Soaking: Stir all ingredients together.

3. Put the chicken pieces into the marinade.

4. Put in a covered container and store in the refrigerator for 1 hour. The longer it is stored, the more the flavors will absorb.

5. Dip each piece of seasoned chicken in ice water and then roll in seasoned flour.

6. Press or massage so that all parts of the chicken are evenly coated with flour.

7. Heat plenty of oil in a deep saucepan or skillet over medium heat.

8. Fry the karaage until all parts are golden yellow and dry. Lift and drain.

9. Karaage is ready to be served warm with mayonnaise or tomato sauce.
