Quick and easy French toast

Ingredients:
4 eggs
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 or 4 tablespoon butter
8 slices of dry white bread
Fruit and warmed maple syrup

Directions:
In a medium size bowl beat egg. Add vanilla, cinnamon,sugar and milk.
Dip bread in egg mixture.
Fry slices on lightly greased skillet on medium heat.
Fry and flip slices until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with fruit and maple syrup.
P.s. If you use fresh bread, don’t use milk in the egg mixture because makes toast soggy and fall apart.
