Homemade duck in butter.

Recipe for two

Duck one chest
Butter two spoon
Salt
Seasoning
Teryaki Souce half teaspoon
White wine

Grill the duck on the fatside approx. 2 minutes.
Add butter and grill the duck on the other side. Add wine, salt, seasoning and Teryaki sauce.
Grill it on each side 4-5 minutes.

Serve it with a salad bouquet.

Enjoy ur meal

        I like the whole duck with apples inside of it- cook it in the oven for couple of hours.
