Greetings everyone! Hope everybody is doing well. I'm much better. Today I bring you another new blog. I always share good content with you and I like these a lot. Raisins are made from grapes by drying them until they become wrinkled. These raisins are very delicious and are commonly used in various dishes such as semai (vermicelli desserts) and payesh (rice pudding). Before using them in cooking, raisins are usually soaked in water to soften them.

Both in the past and present, many people soak raisins in water before eating them because they provide several health benefits.

When soaked, raisins absorb water and expand slightly in size, making them easier to eat. Due to their numerous health benefits, raisins are widely consumed and play an important role in fulfilling various nutritional needs in our country. As a result, people have warmly accepted raisins as a valuable part of their diet.
