THE CRISPY OF KEMBANG GOYANG SNACK

Kembang goyang is one of traditional snack from Aceh. The name of "Kembang Goyang" come from their form that like a flowers petal or a flower and the process to make this snack was by shake it until the dough regardless of mold. Kembang goyang became the the typical treats of Aceh people when Idul fitri or Idul Adha.
There are the recipe to make kembang goyang snack:
- 200 gr of cornflour
- 65 gr of smooth sugar
- 2 of egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 250 ml coconut milk from 1/2 of coconut
- 2 spoon of sesame
- oil
How to make:
- mix the cornflour, sugar, salt and sesame. Stir until average
- pour the egg and coconut milk step by step while still stir it until average
- Heat the mold of Kembang Goyang in oil that was heating
- Dip it into batter then enter into oil while shake it until regardless from mold
- Fry it until mature, dry and brownish yellow
- The kembang goyang snack ready to eat
