Don't you want to overpay for ribeye? This is a quick-and-easy marinade recipe to make ANY MEAT SOFT and TENDER!!! And it will be good for Meatarians & Vegans as well!
What do I mean?
Kiwi eats… MEAT! :)
Well, the recipe is the following:
ANY MEAT/ tuna fillet + 1 KIWI FRUIT (+ pepper sauсe) = a quick-and-easy marinade recipe if you like soft and tender fillet!
Marinade time is about 2 hours for pork and beef. But no longer! Otherwise kiwifruit extremely softens meat...
Who is this recipe good for? - FOR EVERYBODY!
So If you don't eat pork, eat beef!
If you don't eat beef, eat chicken or tuna!
If you don't eat even fish … enjoy KIWI!!! lol :)
I've used kiwi in a marinade for Korean beef and it came out very tender I believe. I like using natural foods to tenderize meat, so tough meats, here I come. Looking forward to marinating some beef short ribs with kiwi! Thanks.
