Lavash with filling. Great snack for a feast
The guests were treated to a delicious appetizer, it seemed to me very tasty and I decided to cook the same one, especially since there will be guests soon on March 8.
It is very easy and inexpensive to prepare it.
We buy thin pita bread or wheat buns in the store, put it on the table and grease the whole pita bread with mayonnaise and garlic. Then we take the "Korean carrot" and put it on the pita bread in the same way. And grate the last processed cheese. Then we roll the pita bread into a tube and leave it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to soak it better. And the "snack for the whole world" is ready. Cut into small pieces and place on the guest table. I think everyone will like it.
