Remember to eat moderate this dessert, it does not mean that you will eat it every time for being a light dessert.
Who does not like chocolate? And if your preparation is very easy much better, this recipe is ideal for an afternoon snack with a good cup of coffee, serves to have to provide your visitors and snacks for the little ones in the house. This delight can be eaten at any time without guilt or remorse, as it is very healthy, it can be prepared with oatmeal, wholemeal, almond or coconut flour, any of these flours makes it irresistible.
If you are on a diet or you are diabetic you can enjoy this delicious dessert, since it is ideal for you to consume it, it does not have butter, just replace the wholemeal flour with the oatmeal and you will be eating a delicious treat and at the same time you are taking care of yourself Health. This recipe is prepared in a two by three and has nothing to envy to the traditional chocolate cake. I am very sweet and I have problems of hyperinsulinism, that's why I have dedicated myself to preparing recipes that take care of my health and at the same time to be able to eat the appreciated sweet that I like so much, of course without abuses or exaggerations.
Ingredients:
1 cup of oatmeal or wholemeal
2 eggs
3 Tablespoons cocoa powder without sugar
2 tablespoons of coconut or olive oil
2 sachets or 2 tablespoons of sweetener
1 piece of chocolate 70% cocoa
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 Tablespoon chocolate rain
1 cup of black coffee loaded without sugar
Chocolate drops to taste (optional)
preparation:
Beat the eggs in the blender until they are fluffy, add the cocoa, the baking powder, the chocolate rain, the sweetener and the coffee, continue beating until everything is integrated, turn off the blender.
Add the cup of oatmeal, wholemeal, almond, or coconut, use the one you like, I used the wholemeal flour, move with a wooden palette and with enveloping movements until the flour is completely integrated, without Let there be lumps. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water.
In a baking sheet, greased and floured, pour the mixture, take it to the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a knife comes out dry.
We take it out of the oven and let it rest, when it is cold we turn it into a dish and we put chocolate on it without melted sugar, decorate it to your liking, I put grated coconut, rain of colors, of chocolate, in short , Let your imagination fly.
