Easy 5-minute spelt- bread with lots of seeds & nuts | Einfaches kerniges 5-Minuten Dinkel-Brot
Today I would like to share my favorite bread recipe with you. It's a spelt bread with a lot of seeds and nuts. You can prepare it in 5 Minutes. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 cups (250g) spelt flour
- 2 cups (250g) whole spelt flour
- 2tsp salt
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 2 cups seeds & nuts (e.g. sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pumkin seeds, sesame, hazelnuts - prefer 5 different seeds)
- 2tbsp apple vinegar
- 2 cups (500ml) warm water
Instructions
Just mix all the ingredients until you have a nice thick dough and place it into a nonstick loaf pan. Depending on your pan, you can also take some oil, if it tends to stick.
Place the pan in the oven for 50 minutes, 350°F (170°C). Before taking the bread out, just test if the dough is still sticky. If it is, place the pan in the oven for a couple of minutes more.
After cooling down a bit, you should be able to lift the bread. Then cut it as desired and enjoy! I recommend a fresh hummus, veggies and some herbs with it - so delicious.

Thank you :) yeah, that's right. I mean, we have a lot of different sorts of bread here in Germany. A lot of them are wheat breads and white breads in general. I personally prefer breads with a higher health value like whole meal breads or spelt, because I mostly avoid wheat (I'm kind of intolerant to that). Also, like you said, this is perfectly filling and satisfying. Also you got a lot of different nuts to make to taste perfect. :)

If you're looking for a gluten-free version you could also use flour made of gluten free oats :D
