Behold the best burger in Dallas. There are runner ups I'll introduce you to eventually, but this one takes the cake.

It's not pretentious. It's not overly fussy. It's a fucking burger.
First they put two half lbs. patties (yes, a pound of meat) on a grill, and then they cook it to your specifications. Then they add cheese, basic condiments, and put it in a basic bun. Done. This burger wins because of one factor, good burger meat and seasoning. Nothing trendy. No hipster recipes, or duck bacon, or avocado, or any of that BS.

Yes, I order mine medium rare, because if an establishment refuses to serve me their burger meat medium rare I find it my patriotic duty to stand up and walk out. Life is too short for sub-par burger meat.

So if you venture into this city, do yourself a favor and stop by Angry Dog. Don't get too lost in the menu, and just tell them you want the burger. Thank me later.
