Low Carb Breakfast of Champions

Still at it.
This is pretty usual for me.
1 cup of egg whites, 3 eggs, one small avocado. Also, I drizzled some buffalo sauce on top, because I'm the buffalo sauce boss.

Approx 50 grams protein, 29 grams fat, 6 grams carbs.
Don't forget the black coffee.
