Hi, never heard of Lecso before? Looks GOOD!
It's simple and delicious. Hungarians love Lecso. I grew up eating it. It's a staple in my family. Unfortunately the season for Hungarian peppers is short so I make enough to freeze for the winter months. Delicious.

It is. I made a bunch and froze some for the winter. Love it. I even like to crack an egg on it...😀
