Berry marshmallow at home
Lovely, pink, sweet hearts. Such baking can be confessed to someone in love or cook for the birthday of the child.
raspberry / strawberry syrup 200 g
egg white 200 g
cream 200 g
sugar 200 g
gelatine 80 g
powdered sugar
Raspberry or strawberry syrup pour into a saucepan, add the sugar, cook on low heat until thick, stirring.
Cool the proteins in the refrigerator, whip. Dilute gelatin as described on the packaging. Thick mixture to remove from heat, pour in whipped cream and gelatin, mix.
Mold for marshmallows sprinkled with powdered sugar, put the mass in a mold, and sprinkle powder on top. Place berry marshmallows in the refrigerator for two or three hours. Cut figurines in the form of hearts or rhombuses.
