HANOI-NEM - Coking
Fried spring rolls are one of the long-standing traditional dishes of Vietnamese people, especially for people in the North.
Here is the recipe and how to make delicious fried spring rolls, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a traditional style.
Ingredient
* 500g ground pork shoulder
* 1 onion
*1 kohlrabi, 1 carrot
* 30g dried vermicelli
* 10 wood ear ears, 10 shiitake mushrooms, chicken eggs
* Fresh onions, coriander
* Spices, pepper
* Rice paper rolls

The ratio of vegetables and meat can be increased or decreased depending on the preferences of each family.
The types of vegetable ingredients to make spring rolls are very diverse, we can replace kohlrabi with bean sprouts or bean sprouts...

Mix the ingredients in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon ground pepper, 1 teaspoon seasoning, and 1 teaspoon fish sauce. The way to make delicious Northern fried spring rolls is to mix the filling with spices and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Spread rice paper rolls on a flat surface (plate, cutting board ...), put a little part of spring rolls in the middle, then squeeze 2 edges, roll. Repeat until you run out of previously prepared ingredients.

Gently stir to cook evenly on all sides. When the fried spring rolls turn a beautiful golden color, take them out and place them on a plate lined with greaseproof paper.
