Diet apple pie with apples and pears

- Egg white - 1 piece (from one egg)

- Honey - 30 oz

- Pears (2 small) - 200 gr

- Baking powder - 5 g

Preparation:

Looks very delicious, but this is not 100 cal per 100 gram. I've calculated all the ingredients ~ 1300 - 1400 cal and weight ~1035 gram.
