Blueberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake

Hello :)

I have decided to show you the cake that I made for my girlfriend. It will not be recipe(I could post it someday when I have more time). It was really easy to make because it's without baking. I hope you like it and sorry for the mess , I thought I wont show it to anyone :)

Here are ingredients for base of the cake. Those are crushed cookies with butter.

Next photo shows alomst finished cake. Filling is made of blueberries, mascarpone cheese, blueberry jelly. The icing is made of white chocolate and coconut oil.

The last part was simple decoration. It was very simple and delicious cake. My girlfriend loved it :)
