Cozy Fall Breakfast #2
Carrots for breakfast..sounds weird, right? I thought so too but then I experimented with making a "carrot cake" protein oatmeal. Maybe berries or peanut butter is more your jam, but try this if you're a fan of carrot cake and you won't be disappointed. The key is adding some vanilla protein powder along with cinnamon, cardamom, and a dash of salt. Happy eating :)
