My Perfect Dish for The Day Blog #6: Sotanghon For Lunch
Hi guys!
I made another dish for you all.
This dish is very special for me because my birthday will not be complete without this. This day is not my birthday but I just want to share this to all of you.
Ingredients
Sotanghon
Sliced onion and garlic
Chopped chicken (you can also use pork if you want)
Soy sauce
Onion leaf
Salt and monosodium glutamate
Carrot
Bell Pepper
Cabbage
How to cook
Mix the soy sauce to the chicken then set aside for 30 minutes.
Now it's time to pre heat the pan then add oil.
Next, put the sliced onion and garlic.
Put in the marinated chicken then add 2 cups of water. Wait until it boils.
(don't forget to put salt and monosodium glutamate for the taste. You can also add seasoning mix if you want)
Now that I'm already satisfied with the taste, let's put the carrots.
After few minutes, put in the sotanghon and wait until it will become soft.
Lastly, let's put the cabbage then mix. Wait for at least 3 minutes.
( I put the cabbage on the last part because I don't want the cabbage to be overcooked.)
My dish for lunch is now ready to serve. I hope you like it guys.
