DIY Banana Milk Smoothie
Ingredients
4 - 5 ripe bananas.
Dates (soak the dates for about an hour before using it).
1 cup of water or ice cubes.
Preparation
Peel and slice the bananas before pouring it into a blender.
Add the presoaked dates to the blender.
Pour the cup of water or ice cubes into the blender.
You can add optional ingredients like cinnamon, oats, vanilla or cocoa powder, if you so desire.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
If you used ice cubes while blending, you can just pour it into a glass and enjoy. If you used a cup of water, you can refrigerate the smoothie before drinking, if you want.
