Casserole of zucchini and tomatoes with cheese!!! Tasty, healthy, and dietary !!!
INGREDIENTS :
Zucchini - 2 pieces
Cheese - 150 g
Egg - 1 pieces
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Tomato - 2 pieces
Cream - 50 ml
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Leeks - 1 stalk (or small onion)
COOKING:
1.My zucchini (if zucchini are young, the skin is not removed) and cut into thin slices (thickness about 2 cm), add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and stir.
2.Add to a heated pan a tablespoon of oil and spread the zucchini. Fry each side for 1 minute. As necessary add oil in the frying process.
3.Spread the zucchini in a baking dish (if you want the form to grease with butter). On top lay the part of grated cheese. Top then lay out zucchini.
4.With tomatoes remove the skin: you need to pre-make cross-shaped incisions on the tomatoes and pour boiling water for 1 minute. Tomatoes cut into small cubes and spread half of the tomatoes in the next layer. Then again put a layer of zucchini, sprinkle with cheese, put the zucchini and remaining tomatoes, add a little onion cut into thin rings.
5.Prepare creamy egg filling: beat egg in a bowl, add a pinch of salt. To the egg add the cream and whisk until smooth. Pour it in the form of vegetables creamy egg filling. It should cover all the contents.
6.Spread on top of cheese and put it into the preheated oven. Baked zucchini with tomatoes and cheese for 20 minutes at 180°C. the Cheese should fully melt and brown.
7.Bring to the table and can hot, and cold.
