Hi guys! Today I would like to share my favorite breakfast recipe: poached egg toasts with salmon. If you don't have salmon at home a good substitute could be chicken breast, turkey breast, ham, roast beef or anything else you like.

You will need:

  1. Bread
  2. Eggs
  3. Olive oil
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Guacamole
  7. Ranch sauce
  8. Salmon

1 Step.
Take a cup and put a plastic wrap inside it.

2 Step.
Oil the plastic wrap, so the eggs won't stick to it.

3 Step.
Wrap the eggs. Cut a long piece of plastic wrap and tie the egg bag with it.

4 Step.
Put the wrapped eggs into a pan with cold water.

5 Step.
Start to boil the pan. After the water boils keep the eggs there for 3 minutes. And then take them out of the pan.

6 Step.
Make the toasted bread.

7 Step.
Spread guacamole on toasts.

8 Step.

10 Step.
Add salt, pepper and a small amount of ranch sauce (I use avocado ranch) and your super tasty toasts are ready! 🤗

This looks absolutely amazing. Is that smoked salmon?

Thank you! No, it's regular raw salmon which I buy in grocery store, salt at home and leave for one day.

Yum. I can’t wait to try this.

Don't forget to tell me your opinion after trying 😉
