Pancakes Turkish stuffed kefta peppers
Hello!
I tested this delicious recipe yesterday after having seen it and reviewed it on a kitchen group or it made a real cardboard! I am not disappointed and I can not wait to start to decline the recipe for the joke yum!
Ingredients for pancake batter (7 Gözlem):
. 200g of flour
. 1 c / c dehydrated baker's yeast diluted in 125ml of warm milk
. 1 c / c of salt
. 1 cup of sugar
. 20g of butter

. 3 tablespoons olive oil
. 1/2 bunch of chopped parsley
. In a deep frying pan finely brown the onion.
. Add the diced peppers, chopped parsley mushrooms, chopped garlic, vegetable cube, salt pepper and spices and simmer for a few minutes.
. Add a little water from time to time and simmer over medium heat until the peppers are well melted, then add the chopped meat and cook, stirring occasionally. There should no longer be any juice in the pan, otherwise let it evaporate by putting on fire a few minutes while stirring the stuffing.
. Let cool before shaping the pancakes.
forming;
. Divide the dough into 7 equal balls, spread thinly on the round worktop.
. Put stuffing on one side and fold, welding the edges.
. Brown for a few minutes on each side over medium-low heat in a lightly greased pan with paper towel.
